On-the-ground support starts from day one with our On-Site Manager (OSM) Program—a built-in layer of guidance designed to help you thrive. Each engineer is paired with an OSM who provides regular check-ins, goal-setting support, and structured feedback loops (30/60/90 days). Your OSM serves as both a technical mentor and an advocate for your growth, ensuring you stay aligned with project expectations while progressing in your career.
We support international candidates with in-house immigration services. Our immigration team works closely with you to streamline every step, from initial paperwork through long-term sponsorship strategies, so you can focus on what you do best. Combined with our On-Site Manager (OSM) Program, international engineers also benefit from real-time project support, onboarding assistance, and a clear path for success.
